PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof structure at the lower part of a front sash, which can positively prevent water leakage not only into a room but also into a lower part of a sill of the sash, by promptly discharging water such as rainwater infiltrating from the sill of the sash to the outside. SOLUTION: A waterproof sheet 10 is laid on a slab 2 on the outside of a room, and a sheet end 10a of the waterproof sheet is arranged so as to be erected along a side portion of a building frame concrete 4. A protective buffer 22 is disposed so as to cover the sheet end, and pressing concrete is placed on the waterproof sheet in a state being in contact with the protective buffer. The protective buffer is formed of a water permeable portion 24 in network fiber formation, and an elastic buffer portion 26 in the form of a layer fixed to the water permeable portion, and disposed such that the buffer portion comes into contact with the pressing concrete.
