PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supply system for particulate matter capable of calculating an optimum supply amount according to a reform aim, or a kind or properties of treated soil such as soil quality, stably supplying the particulate matter with high accuracy, allowing high-precision improvement and reform, and allowing reduction of a cost. SOLUTION: This supply system comprises a scale hopper 1 for putting particulate matter in, a storage hopper 6 having at least a pressurized sealed lower tank 6c, for receiving the particulate matter from the scale hopper 1, a rotary feeder 17 for feeding the particulate matter at a constant rate from the lower tank 6c; an ejector 21 for mixing the particulate matter fed from the rotary feeder 17 with a high-pressure high-speed airflow and feeding it; and a compressor 22 for supplying the high-pressure air to the ejector 21.
