PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To not only reduce an engine noise propagated through the inside of an air cleaner, but also to improve an intake piping system, in a situation where an intake rubber hose is obstructive to an exhaust piping and an electric wiring, and where intake pressure is required in the recent time to be reduced relating to an environmental countermeasure for an engine exhaust, in an intake piping of a conventional industrial vehicle. SOLUTION: An intake box 1 is provided in a float part of a head guard 2 lower part to attach an air cleaner 3 directly, the intake box 1 is prevented from being resonated to be formed into structure serving as a noise-eliminating box, so as to provide intake noise reducing structure thereby, and a noise- absorbing material 4 is bonded to an underside inside the intake box 1 with the air cleaner 3 to absorb propagation of an engine noise.
