PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing-processing apparatus which can efficiently carry out a development process in constitution in which the development process is executed by hardware to print out. SOLUTION: The printing-processing apparatus has a development process part 5 which can execute a plurality of processes by changing a constitution. Addresses having an equal development process constitution ID are sequentially selected by scanning a table formed with storage addresses of plotting elements and the development process constitution IDs being related to each other for each band, and the plotting elements are taken out, when the development process is carried out. In starting to process a next band, the development process is started from one having the development process constitution ID which can be processed in the same constitution as the present development process constitution. Accordingly, rearrangement when bands are changed can be saved and the development process at high speed can be made possible.
