PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drastically extend the durable life of a resin mold and to prevent the damage of a stamper to extend the life thereof. SOLUTION: A diamond-like carbon film 30 with a film thickness of 1-5μm is formed to at least the part, which comes into contact with a stamper 6, of the surface 2a of one mold 2 to which the stamper 6 must be attached among a fixed mold 1 and a movable mold 2 both of which form the cavity of a resin mold through an intermediate layer with a thickness of about 1μm enhancing the adhesion strength with the surface 2a of the mold 2.
