PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily open an opening section by providing a through hole for unsealing assistance in order to facilitate an unsealing after cutting off a bag made of a resin which can be individually cut off from a cutting of section and used when required. SOLUTION: When a bag 1 is cut off from a roll 2, a cutting off section 10 can be simply placed on a protruding section 32a of a bag cutting off member and depressed downward, and the bag 1 can be easily cut off from the cutting off section 10. Since a through hole 4 for unsealing assistance is provided at approx. the center under the vicinity of the cutting off section 10 of the bag 1, a person who cuts off the bag 1 can instantly judge at which of the upper and lower ends, the opening section is located. A bag closed section 11 which never opens is tried to be opened intently by mistake or the like can be prevented from occurring. Also, when the opening section is opened in order to house an article, when the through hole 4 for unsealing assistance is pinched with fingers and moved in a manner to be positionally shifted, the opening section of the bag 1 can be extremely easily opened.
