摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable even a material whose fluidity is deteriorated to be easily tight-packed into a form by flowing a non-fixed form material into a gutter having a vibrating structure to achieve the tight packing, when the non-fixed form material is poured into the form. SOLUTION: A non-fixed form material 2 obtained by kneading with water using a mixer 1 moves to be poured into a form 4 while the material 2 receives vibration over a gutter 3 equipped with a vibrating device 7. The wear of a block when receiving molten steel is less and the lifetime thereof is longer in proportion of the rate of a decrease in the porosity of the material 2 to be poured and the rate of an increase in the addition amount of coarse grains. The use of the gutter 3 equipped with a vibration function between the mixer 1 and the form 4 enables a batched pouring operation to be no longer necessary, so that the molten steel pouring operation can be continuously carried out in a short time. In order to realize the passage of the non-fixed form material 2 obtained by kneading with water with the help of the mixer 1 through the gutter 3 in a specified time, the vibrating force, length and angle of the gutter 3 are adjusted in compliance with the fluidity of the non-fixed form material 2 and thereby the insufficient deaeration and the separation of coarse grains from fine grains of the non-fixed form material 2 are eliminated. Thus it is possible to obtain a block with low porosity even when the material 2 containing a high percentage of the corase grains is used.
