PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easy mounting/demounting by forming an engaging edge engaging with an upper opening circumferential edge of a heater at the outer circumference of an upper edge of the subject receptacle, and forming a blown- out liquid receiving part at a lower edge inner circumference thereof. SOLUTION: This receptacle 1 is inserted into an upper opening 21 of a heater 2, and an engaging edge 11 formed at an upper edge outer circumference of the receptacle 1 is engaged with a circumferential edge 22 of the upper opening 21 of the heater 2. A lower end of the receptacle 1 is positioned below a gas burner 3 so that the gas burner 3 is located within the receptacle 1. A trivet 4 is placed on the circumferential edge 22 of the upper opening 21 of the heater 2 so that the engaging edge 11 is fitted thereto, then a rice cooking bowl 5 is placed thereon, and the gas burner 3 is made ON to perform rice cooking. According to the constitution, liquid blown out of the bowl 5 can be stored surely, thereby preventing the heater 2 from being made dirty, resulting in that a kitchen is kept clean and easy cleaning is assured.
