PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase anchoring strength to a reinforcement and concrete by using a diametrically expanded part formed by applying hot upsetting treatment to the reinforcement as an anchoring part. SOLUTION: In an anchoring part reinforcement 1A, a disk-shaped diametrically expanded part 1b is respectively formed in a reinforcement part having a constant diameter, that is, both side end parts of an ordinary part 1a as the anchoring part by hot upsetting treatment. Since this diametrically expanded part 1b can secure the large action area even if an outside dimension is reduced more than an ordinary anchoring part by bending a reinforcement end part in a U shape or an L shape, anchoring strength to the other reinforcement and concrete can be increased. Moreover, since the diametrically expanded part 1b is completely made as an integral structure in the ordinary part 1a, connecting strength of the diametrically expanded part 1b and the ordinary part 1b increases, so that the strength is stable. To increase strength and anchoring strength of a connecting part, there are cases where a reinforcing part for enlarging an outside diameter more than the ordinary part of a reinforcement is arranged in a root part of the reinforcement connected to the diametrically expanded part 1b and a locking projection is arranged in a peripheral part of a surface crossing the reinforcement axis of the diametrically expanded part 1b.
