PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent extremely high peak voltage from acting on one of hydraulic circuits including two hydraulic motors when an vehicle is stopped or started in a state to have large inertia load in a vehicle connecting channels to each other to protect a circuit constituting equipment or the like. SOLUTION: Hydraulic motors 23A and 23B constitute a hydraulic motor assembly for rotationally driving respectively two pinions constituting a travelling drive for rotationally driving the same driving wheel. Then, the same ports of two ports F and B for each of hydraulic motors 23A and 23B, that is, the port F of the hydraulic motor 23A, the port F of the hydraulic motor 23B the port B of the hydraulic motor 23A and the port B of the hydraulic motor 23B are allowed to communicate to each other through joint paths 40B or 41A and 41B.
