PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for fluidized back-filling capable of quickly and surely executing work including the formation of a ditch by excavation and the back-filling of fluidized treated soil in the minimum space when embedding work or the like of piping in a road is carried out and controlling a traffic obstacle to the minimum. SOLUTION: A temporary earth and sand storage unit TF is installed at a position separated from an excavated ditch DG in a road by a working space SS, a hydraulic shovel PS and a dumper truck DT are arranged in the working space SS to strip pavement, and the pavement is conveyed by the dumper truck DT. Then, the ditch is excavated by the hydraulic shovel PS to dump earth and sand used for back-filling in the temporary earth and sand storage unit TF, and then, a fluidization treatment device FS is self-propelled and is conveyed in the working space SS to dump earth and sand in the temporary earth and sand storage unit TF into a mixing tank 20 of the fluidized treatment device FS. Water and hardener supplied to the mixing tank are stirred with a stirring device 26 provided to the mixing tank 20 to produce fluidized treated soil, and the fluidized treated soil is back filled to the ditch from a hose.
