STRUCTURE AND METHOD FOR INSTALLATION OF UNIT BASEMENT FOR HOUSE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily install and execute a unit basement by fixing foundation fixing seat sections provided on the bottom face section of a steel box type underground unit capable of forming the unit basement at the lower section of a unit building to a basement foundation provided in an excavation hole from the inside of the steel box type underground unit. SOLUTION: A pair of steel box type underground units 12 for end sections with nearly the same module size as that of a box type building unit forming an upper structure are buried under the upper structure (shed), and their opening sections 12a are connected in the abutted state to form an underground structure (unit basement) 13. The steel outer plate member of the bottom face section 12f of each steel box type underground unit 12 for the end section is directly provided with bolt insertion holes serving as foundation fixing seat sections allowing the fixing work to a basement foundation 25a from the inside. The steel box type underground units 12 can be fixed to the basement foundation 25a from the inside, and the width of the overbreak of an excavation hole can be narrowed.
