PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a human body private parts washing device capable of informing a user of a present temperature state irrespective of the existence of power saving function. SOLUTION: A human body private parts washing device includes a warm water washing device 130 for washing human body private parts with warm water, a heating toilet seat device 1 for heating a toilet seat, a controller 120 for controlling a warm water temperature and a heating toilet seat temperature and a temperature detecting device (a warm water temperature detecting device 123 and a toilet seat temperature detecting device 126) for detecting a warm temperature and a heating toilet seat temperature. Then, when at least either the warm water temperature or the heating toilet seat temperature reaches a specific temperature, an informing device for informing on the fact reaching the specific temperature is provided.
