PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manually and reliably release a brake and to prevent generation of large collision sound in releasing of a brake by an electric actuator without using a shock absorber. SOLUTION: A brake holding mechanism for holding a brake pedal 14 manually operated to the brake position returns the brake pedal 14 at the operating speed corresponding to the operating amount in which the free end 23a of a coil spring 23 is released by an operating plate 26. A stepping motor 30 releases the free end 23a by being operated in a state where the operating plate 26 is interlocked through a spur gear 32 and a gear part 34. When the specified operation can not be performed to the stepping motor 30, if a release cable 27 is manually operated, the operating plate 26 mechanically and reversely drives the stepping motor 30 through the spur gear 32 from outside and also releases the free end 23a. |
