PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an acryl decorative metal panel excellent in appearance such as depth or transparency and surface hardness by a reduced number of processes. SOLUTION: An acryl decorative metal panel is obtained by laminating an acryl film 11 comprising a resin compsn. wherein 5-25 wt.% of rubber- containing polymer particles with a particle size of 0.2-0.4μm are dispersed in an acrylic resin and having pencil hardness of H or more and a thickness of 500μm or less on a metal panel. A printing surface can be provided to the surface on the side of the metal panel 16 of the film 11. Further, a resin film provided with a printing surface can be arranged between the acryl film 11 and the metal panel 16.
