SOLUTION: A window 1 is provided with recessed parts 5 curved in the direction far from wiper blades 4 at parts just under the wiper blades 4 in the wiper stopped state. Guides 6 support arms 3 without disturbing the reciprocating motion in a direction parallel to the wiping surfaces of the arms 3 so that the wiper blades 4 in the wiper stopped state may not be brought into contact with the bottoms of the recessed parts 5.
