PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a whisker or a crack from being generated when cut at machining time thereafter at a decorative sheet of an olefin resin by providing a transparent resin layer obtained by mixing a filler in an olefin resin of a main component at an uppermost layer or an intermediate layer nearest to the uppermost layer. SOLUTION: A transparent resin layer 2 of an olefin resin such as a polypropylene, an olefin or the like is provided at a top coating layer 1 or an intermediate layer nearest to the coating layer 1. The layer 2 contains a filler. The filler is added to the layer 2, and hence a surface hardness of the layer 2 can be increased, or an elongation up to a yield point can be reduced. Thus, the resin itself of the layer 2 is reduced in its elongation and further a small brittleness is created. Hence, in a cutting step at the time of a later machining, a fluffing such as a whisker, or a stylus due to a cutter when cut does not occur in the layer 2.
