PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin molded object having fluctuation or a quality feeling peculiar to a grain pattern of natural wood and a method and apparatus capable of producing the same with good productivity. SOLUTION: The emitting port portion 3 of a mold is constituted of a circular inner mold part 6 having a plurality of groove-like recessed parts 9 formed to the outer peripheral surface thereof at a predetermined interval and an outer mold part 4 having a plurality of groove like recessed parts 9 formed to the inner peripheral surface thereof at a predetermined interval and the mold wherein the inner and outer mold parts are relatively revolvable in a circumferential direction is used and a molten resin is emitted from a plurality of emitting orifices comprising the groove like recessed parts of the inner and outer mold parts while the relative position of the inner and outer mold parts is changed to form a plurality of strands changed in size and/or orientation angle relatively and continuously and, subsequently, the aggregate of a plurality of the obtained strands is pressurized to be integrated. The relative positional change of the inner and outer mold parts is performed by the relative rotation of the inner and outer mold parts, especially, the relative reciprocal rotation of them.
