SOLUTION: This device comprises a table 3 on which workpiece is placed, a table turning section 3, which movably guides this table 2 along the arc of a specified radius, a linear drive section provided with a reciprocating body 6, which is arranged along the tangent direction of this table turning section 3 and can advance and retract freely, and a crankshaft which is connected to a pair of crankshaft 8a and 8b where they are in an axially eccentric state each other and with a crankshaft 8a rotatable in relation to the table 2 and the other crankshaft 8b rotatable in relation to the reciprocating body 6.
