PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a coupling with the center shaft of the coupling, in the cylindrical section of which a tapered hole is formed, accurately aligned with the center shaft of a fixing jig. SOLUTION: A fixing jig 40 has a slider member which forms a part of a circular cone, the shape of the cross section of which along a center shaft forms an equilateral trapezoid, slider member 41, the taper angle of which coincides with the taper angle of a tapered hole 24, a cylindrical section supporting base 45 to support the cylindrical section 21 of a coupling 20a, guide member 50, which is fixed to the cylindrical section supporting base 45 and movably vertically guides the slider member 41 and spring 59 to energize the slider member 41 upward.
