PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantitatively transporting device capable of surely quantitatively transporting waste water having high concentration SS without accumulating high concentration SS. SOLUTION: This quantitatively transporting device is provided with a waste water measuring vessel 13 and a waste water lifting pipe 16, and the waste water measuring vessel 13 has a quantitative weir opened at a higher position than the bottom of the measuring vessel and a return port opened to reach the bottom of the measuring vessel 13. The waste water lifting pipe 16 is opened at the lower end to a treating vessel 2 filled with the waste water having high concentration SS and the waste water having high concentration SS is lifted up by air supplied to the waste water lifting pipe from an air supply pipe 15 connected to the lower part of the waste water lifting pipe 16 and transported to the waste water measuring vessel 13, and the air quantity supplied into the waste water lifting pipe 16 is fixed by the overflow head in the quantitative weir.
