PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a car washing apparatus of simple structure which drives a water supply driving means automatically corresponding to the hydraulic pressure between the water supply driving means and water stopping means or stops the driving. SOLUTION: When the ejection of cleaning water is stopped by a water stopping cock 34 arranged in the grip part 20A of a brush part 20, the water pressure of the cylinder 34 of a slide part 32 arranged between the pump 22 of a discharge hose 14 and the water stopping cock 34 in the apparatus main body 16A of a water supply apparatus 16 increases. When a slide body 36 slides, and the operation element 30A of a sub-switch 30 is operated, a motor 24 is stopped. Accordingly, since the power source of the pump 22 is turned on/off automatically by the change of the pressure of the cleaning water in a hose path, the waste of the cleaning water in a water storage tank 12 and a battery 26 as a power source is prevented so that the cleaning water and the power source can be used efficiently to save energy.
