PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the mounting of a pump filter on the sucking side of a washing pump in a washing tank. SOLUTION: A dishwasher injects washing water to a washing chamber at an upper part of a dishwasher body with a washing water pump 12 from a washing tank 10 provided in the body and recovers the washing water after the washing of dishes into the washing tank through a tank filter to be circulated while a pump filter 26 is provided on the sucking side of the washing water pump 12 within the washing tank. An engaging piece is provided vertically on the sucking side of the washing water pump 12 and a retaining piece is provided on the pump filter 26 to be retained on the engaging piece of the washing water pump 12. The engaging piece of the washing water pump 12 is provided with an inclined part 25A to keep the upper end part thereof spaced from the washing water pump 12 at an interval.
