PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet seat capable of measuring a body weight by seating oneself on the toilet seat. SOLUTION: Inside a toilet seat 11, the toilet seat 11 comprises supporting parts 13 to receive a plurality of loads, a plurality of load detecting means 12 connected to the support parts 13 to detect loads, a body weight detecting means 14 to compute the body weight of a subject to be measured from signals of the load detecting means 12, and an announcing means 15 to announce the value of the body weight obtained at the body weight detecting means 14. As the load detecting means 12 are constituted as the easily installable toilet seat 11, it is possible to support the toilet seat 11 reliably above a toilet by a symmetrical four-point support or more with a plurality of the supporting parts 13 even if it is the toilet seat 11 provided with a hole for evacuation at the center part, and it is possible for the toilet seat 11 to measure a body weight with high accuracy by reducing the effects of warpage, or the like, in the toilet seat 11.
