PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust removing device capable of continuously discharging the solid content separated at a dust removing device. SOLUTION: In the dust removing device provided with a filter element 14 for separating and removing the solid content in the gas introduced into a dust removing column 10, a water supply line 17 for forming a water bath 16 for receiving the solid component separated at a filter element 14 is connected to the lower part of the dust removing column 10, and a discharge line 18 for continuously discharging the solid content in a slurry state fallen into the water bath 16 is connected to the bottom part of the dust removing column 10.
