PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject preparation which has excellent effect of preventing and improving chapped skin and of preventing cutaneous senility through preventing cutaneous slack or disappearance of luster or the like, and is useful as a skin lotion, milky lotion or the like by including phytosterol and tranexamic acid. SOLUTION: This preparation is obtained by including (A) preferably 0.001-1.0 wt.%, more preferably 0.01-0.5 wt.% of phytosterol and (B) preferably 0.01-10.0 wt.%, more preferably 0.1-5.0 wt.%. of tranexamic acid. This preparation is useful as a facial cosmetic such as cream or pack, foundation, body cosmetic, ointment or the like.
