PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To convey a powdery and granular material without raising dust and no dirt at low cost by suspending a trough and swinging it by a motor. SOLUTION: A wire 3 is suspended to a support 2, which changes the height suspending a trough 1, with its top part enlarged so as not to laterally roll the trough 1. A motor 4 for swinging the trough 1 is installed and connected to the trough 1 by a V-pulley 7, a V-belt 8, a crankshaft 6, and a connecting link 5. A rubber vibration insulator 9 for adsorbing the vibration is attached to the bottom of the support 2. This constitution can convey the powdery and granular material in the closed trough 1 so as to raise no dust, eliminate any dirt in a return side like a belt conveyer, and manufacture it simply and at low cost.
