PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a large amount of colored resin coated bottles wherein color density is uneven by positively using a color unevenness of the colored coating, at a low cost by forming the resin coating into a two layer coating, and applying the under coating on the total surface by a dipping method, and spraying a resin coating liquid containing a coloring agent on the top of the under coating. SOLUTION: When a resin coating is applied on a glass bottle, after a coating is applied on the total surface of the glass bottle excepting the mouth section by a dipping method, a coating agent containing a coloring agent is coated on the body section of the glass bottle by a spraying method. Or, after coating the coating agent containing the coloring agent on the body section of the glass bottle by the spraying method, the total surface of the glass bottle excepting the mouth section may be coated by the dipping method. Then, the coating agent containing the coloring agent is sprayed in such a manner that a continuous unevenness may be applied from a darker color to a lighter color extending to the top and bottom respective section of the body, and a gradation is applied to the color. Therefore, a large amount of glass bottles having a new design can be provided at a low cost.
