While a fourth special pattern B as a special information mode is displayed right down of the second pattern display part L2 of a pattern display instrument L when the variable display game now being carried out is a bit hit and when the fourth judgement memory is not 'zero', the fourth winning pattern A is displayed at the same position when it is not a bit hit. Thereby, whether a bit hit may arise or not can be judged.
