PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a system capable of utilizing compressed air energy by effectively utilizing a dam or its circumferential facility. SOLUTION: In a tunnel 2t manufactured for a temporary drain or the like, its upper side is closed by closing execution 25u, and its lower side is closed by closing execution 25d, and thereby, a manufacturing chamber 2t of compressed air is formed. A conduit for leading water of the dam lake to the air manufacturing chamber 2t is penetrated from the closing execution 25u to the air manufacturing chamber 2t, and a water filling valve V1 is disposed. A intake valve V3 for intaking outside air into the air manufacturing chamber 2t and an exhaust valve V4 for supplying compressed air which is manufactured to an utilizing side, are disposed. When water is filled from the dam lake into the air manufacturing chamber 2t, a water level is raised gradually, air of an upper space is compressed, and the compressed air is manufactured. Since a large compressed air manufacturing chamber is realized utilizing a conventional tunnel of the dam facility, much compressed air is manufactured in low costs. |
