PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the wait time to the delivery by providing a number of safety stock for every item number, storing articles by the number of the safety stock in a shot-term zone, finding the shortage from the number of the safety stock, and supplying them at a designated time zone by moving them in a rack by a carrier means. SOLUTION: This automated storage is provided with a safety stock number processing part 20, a crane control part 21, a warehousing assignment part 22, a delivery assignment part 23, and a warehousing/delivery station control part 24. The warehousing assignment part 22 checks whether the articles by the number of the safety stock are stored in the short-term zone 4 in warehousing the articles and when the articles are not stored, the warehousing assignment part 22 designates the warehousing rack number to a vacant area in the short- term zone. When the articles by the number of the safety stock are stored in the short-term zone, the warehousing rack address is designated from the medium long-term zone. The delivery assignment part 23 retrieves the presence/ absence of the articles in the short-term zone and when the stock are present in the short-term zone, the articles of the oldest warehousing date is assigned for delivery. |
