STABILIZED AQUEOUS SOLUTION OF LYSINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the solubility of lysine in water, suppress the crystal deposition according to the lowering of temperature and obtain the subject stable aqueous solution at a high concentration by including acid radicals in an aqueous solution of a lysine base. SOLUTION: This aqueous solution is obtained by including (B) acid radicals in (A) an aqueous solution of a lysine base so as to improve the solubility of the lysine from that of the component A (the equilibrium maximum soluble amount of the lysine based on the unit amount of water of the lysine solution). The content of the component B is preferably <=35% expressed in terms of the ratio obtained by multiplying the number of mol of the component B by the valence thereof to the number of mol of the lysine. The acid radicals refer to the residual moiety after removing one or more hydrogen atoms replaceable with a metal from the molecule of an acid and form a negative moiety of a salt. Although the acid radicals frequently refer to atomic groups such as acid radicals (SO4) of sulfuric acid, even the case of one atom such as Cl for hydrogen chloride sometimes refers to the acid radicals.
