<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably and correctly fix a product by forming an upper edge of a plate material into the shape to be agreed with an inner edge shape of the product by getting the arbitrary sectional form of a concave and convex portion of the product, and working this plate material corresponding to the sectional form. SOLUTION: The data on the sectional form of an arbitrary part of a product 1 after the primary working, is derived from the CAD data of the product 1, and input to an input part. On the other hand, a mounting body 7 is fixed to a fixing part of a plate 3 and on a position suitable for the dimension of the product 1, and a plate material 2 is fixed to the mounting body 7. Then the plate material 2 is worked by a laser beam machine 6 on the basis of the data on the sectional form of the product 1 input to the input part, so that an upper edge of the plate material 1 is formed into the shape to be agreed with an inner edge shape of the product 1. The secondary working is executed to the product 1 by the laser beam machine 6 on the basis of the secondary working data of the product 1 input to the input part. Two sheets of plate materials 2 are mounted on an inner surface of the product 1 to stably fix the product 1.</p> |
