The optimizing calculation of the production planning model is executed by a mathematical programming system 7 by utilizing the master file used in the optimizing calculation for the production planning model and the generated corrected information file 6. It becomes unnecessary to reform the production planning model when the simultation is executed in accompany with the small change not exerting the influence to the formulation.
