<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two step screw compressor using constituent parts at a high step and a low step in common. SOLUTION: In a two step screw compressor provided with a low step compression mechanism which compresses refrigerant due to the rotary movement of a low step screw rotor 3 attached to a low step side rotary shaft and a low step gate rotor 4 which is fitted in a compression groove of the low step screw rotor 3 and follows it and a high step compression mechanism which compresses discharge refrigerant from the low step compression mechanism due to the rotary movement of a high step screw rotor 1 attached to a high step rotary shaft rotating in the interlocking relationship with a low step side rotary shaft of the low step compression mechanism and a high step gate rotor 2 which is fitted in a compression groove of the high step screw rotor 1 and follows it, the low step side rotary shaft and the high step side rotary shaft are integrally formed so that they have substantially same shaft diameter, and the low step screw rotor 3 and the high step screw rotor 4 are used in common.</p> |
