<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating device for producing a lining pipe in which a nonconformity such as low bonding strength and stagnation of air is not caused by controlling a variation of heating due to the local variation of blowout-suction amount of hot air. SOLUTION: The heating device is used for heating a pipe, which is provided in such a state that a heating expandable synthetic resin pipe is inserted on the inner surface of a metallic pipe through an adhesive, by hot air from the outer surface of the metallic pipe. Several pairs of blowout ports of hot air are arranged in the mutually facing positions, A pair of suction ports are provided in the mutually facing positions, Two pair of suction ports 211, 212 are arranged in the end part on an inlet side introducing the pipe to be heated and in the end part on an outlet side of the heated pipe.
