PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost of manufacture by simplifying mounting work and decreasing the number of part items. SOLUTION: This structure is provided with bolts 64a to 64d with through hole formed with a through hole penetrating along an axial line direction integrally providing successively a cylinder main body part 16 and a brake part 22 by screwing in mounting hole parts 62a to 62d penetrating a cylinder tube 14 and a lock body 20 and mounting bolts 68a to 68d fixing the integrally successively provided cylinder main body part 16 and brake part 22 to a wall surface 82 by inserting along the through hole.
