PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of float valves by providing a specified evaporation fuel passage for regulating pressure for connecting a canister and an upstream side of an opening/closing valve of an evaporation fuel passage for a refueling time. SOLUTION: A second evaporation fuel passage 73 for regulating pressure is disposed by connecting a canister 29 and an upstream side of an opening/ closing valve 33 of an evaporation fuel passage 31 for a refueling time. Namely, a first evaporation fuel passage 69 for regulating pressure and the second evaporation fuel passage 73 for regulating pressure hold a main passage 75 in common, and the second evaporation fuel passage 73 for regulating pressure is connected to the main passage 75. Since the second evaporation fuel passage 73 for regulating pressure is connected to the upstream side of the opening/ closing valve 33 of the evaporation fuel passage 31 for the refueling time, a first float valve 49 disposed on an inlet part 31 of the evaporation fuel passage 31 for the refueling time is held in common, and the number of the float valves is reduced.
