PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, as a drainage member for rain water penetrating into drainable pavement and specular finished pavement, a seepage water draining member less in expansion/contraction and meander in the execution of pavement work and capable of being buried accurately at specified positions along the curves of roads and irregularities of pavement at a low cost and so that a coil spring and holed tubes can be detached easily depending on those placed where the members are to be buried, and to prevent the pavement material from obstructing pulverization when the dug pavement material is pulverized for reuse. SOLUTION: A coil spring 6 and spiral tubes 7 are connected to each other so as to reduce expansion/contraction and meander. The flexibility of the coil spring 6 allows it to be buried accurately along the curves of a road and the irregularities of pavement. Also, the coil spring 6 is rotated in engagement with a projection provided at the tip of the spiral tube 7 to detach and detach it by the principle of thread. In addition, the coil spring 6 and spiral tubes 7 are made of resin with glass fiber so as to prevent it from becoming an obstacle when pavement material is pulverized.
