摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for inexpensively producing a fiber panel having an opened cell lattice while reducing the total consumption of electric power for producing the product. SOLUTION: This method for producing a fiber panel having an integrally formed structure of an opened cell lattice constituted of plural ribs, a continuous flat board covering the one side of the lattice and a flange covering a part of the other side of the opened part, molded by using a mold constituted of a porous carrier and plural elastomer pads geometrically arranged and fixed on the porous carrier, and composed of a dense compressed fiber, comprises two placing steps of raw material fibers in the mold, for previously placing the raw material fiber having >=50% water content among the elastomer pads constituting the mold, and thereafter placing the raw material fiber having the water content lower than that of the raw material fiber on the placed fiber, and a step for carrying out the heating and the compression-molding of the raw material fibers placed on the mold.
