PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rod for textile machines, instantaneously settling internal entanglement of yarns and preventing yarn breakage. SOLUTION: This rod for textile machine is applied for a sizing machine or the like and guides a running yarn sheet 11 and a rod 1 is set rotatably in the running direction of the yarn sheet 11. A changing part 2 changes a opening point of contacting the yarn sheet 11 with the rod 1 to the upper stream side of running according to rotation of the rod 1 and is formed continuously in the longer direction of the rod 1.
