摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To operate a blast furnace under stable furnace condition by suitably controlling piling shapes of ore raw material and coke raw material charged in the furnace opening part. SOLUTION: The ore raw material and the coke raw material are alternately charged into the furnace opening part from a swing chute of a furnace top charging apparatus and the piling shape distribution of the charged raw material is formed so that the piling surface of the charged raw material becomes a flat terrace type at the furnace wall side. At this time, the inner part horizontal cross section at the furnace opening part is concentrically divided into three equal areas of a center zone, intermittent zone and peripheral zone, and the actual measured layer ratio of the ore layer, coke layer in the peripheral zone is obtd., and a ratio of the actual measured layer thickness ratio to the average layer thickness ratio of the ore/coke in the whole charging raw material is calculated to a relative layer thickness ratio. Further, a ratio of an average dropping position of the ore raw material and an average dropping position of the coke raw material is calculated as a bell-less intensity ratio. The distributing quantity along the radial direction in the furnace opening part of the ore raw material and the coke raw material charged into the furnace opening part is adjusted so that the relative layer ratio and/or the bell-less intensity ratio at the peripheral zone come in a control range.
