PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and inexpensively adjust a reclining angle by inserting a rod to a cylinder which is fixed onto the inclining wall of a bathtub as the inclining angle adjusting mechanism of a seat back, arranging a slit for guiding the rack part of the rod in the cylinder and forming the rotation preventing mechanism of the rod. SOLUTION: The inclination angle adjusting mechanism 17 of the seat back part is constituted of the cylinder 19 fixed onto the inclining wall 16 of the bathtub with an attachment plate 18, the rod 20 which is joined or separated with/from the seat back part and a rotary roller 23 to be rotated around the axial line of a rotary shaft 22, which is arranged in the tip of the rod 20. Then the slit 19a is formed in the cylinder 19 along the longitudinal direction of its side part. In the meantime, an operator 20a projected sideward in the cylinder 19 through the slit 19a of the cylinder 19 is arranged in the end part of the rod 20 at an insertion side to the cylinder 19, and also the rack 27 projected into the slit 19a of the cylinder 19 from the side surface of the rod 20 along the longitudinal direction is arranged.
