PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sending medium, capable of being opened easily and storing the cut contents of a letter after opening. SOLUTION: A sending medium is constituted of an envelope upper paper 1, provided with a perforation line 1 for opening the envelope at only the vicinity of a first side of the paper, an envelope lower paper 3, provided with the perforation line 1 for opening the envelope at only the vicinity of the first side and having the same length as the envelope upper paper 1 in the substantially same direction of the first side of the paper, and the contents 2 of the envelope. In such a sending medium, the first side of the envelope upper paper 1, the contents 2 of envelope and the first side of the envelope lower paper 3 are superposed while the envelope upper paper 1 is bonded to the contents of envelope 2 and the contents of envelope is bonded to the envelope lower paper 3 on the superposed first sides.. The envelope upper paper 1 is bonded to the envelope lower paper 3 at the other sides except the superposed first lines.
