PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a mold for precision casting in which the breakage of the mold is restrained and at the same time the soot in the mold can perfectly be removed. SOLUTION: On the surface of a decomposable model 2 composed of an photo setting resin and having almost the same shape as a casting material, a refractory material is coated to form a precursory mold 4 and oxygen- containing gas 6 is blown into the inner part of the precursory mold 4 at the temp. of decomposition of the photo setting resin or higher to burn and remove the decomposable model 2.
