PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to rationally control a game value of each memory medium in a game machine controller for integrally controlling an assembly of game machines which performs a game by using the game value having one-to-one correspondence to the memory medium. SOLUTION: An IC card to be inserted into a card unit 50 and used for loaning game balls is provided with a renewable memory capable of storing a card ID No. Further, a host computer 10 is provided with a card balance data base in which a record game value has one-to-one correspondence to this card ID No. From the IC card 1 whose record game value has become 0 the IC card No. is erased, and from the card balance database the data relative to the IC card 1 are deleted.
