PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate treatment without using a rubber sheet or the like in washing a diseased part by providing a ring-like absorbing pad along the circumference of a hole formed at a center of a paper sheet, arranging pieces of a double-surface adhesive tape at plural positions at ends of a rear surface of the sheet as well as a circumferential part of a rear surface of the hole. SOLUTION: A hole 2 is formed at a central portion of a paper sheet 1 having no air permeability (subjected to water resistant treatment), and a ring- like absorbing pad 3 is arranged at a circumference of the hole 2. Along the circumference of the hole 2, several pieces of a double-surface adhesive tape 4 are arranged to prevent a rear surface of the sheet from being made dirty or contaminated. At ends of the rear surface of the sheet 1, several pieces of the double-surface adhesive tape 4 are arranged to prevent slipping-off of the sheet 4. The subject sheet is fabricated in this way. This sheet is used in sterillizing and washing a damaged skin by a bedsore so as to effectively prevent flowing-down of washing liquid as well as generation of contagion with the dirt.
