PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a sheet on hair to be prevented from falling, prevent dyeing agent applied to hair in a part not to dye, compose the sheet to be transparent for letting a dyed condition recognized on the outer side, compose the sheet to be washable to be usable repeatedly, and reduce cost. SOLUTION: A transparent sheet 2 is two-folded vertically, and a hair clip base 3 is installed on the outer side at an upper end of it on one side. On the hair clip base 3, a clip main body 5 of the hair clip 4 is installed. On the hair clip 4, a spring plate 6 is installed on the clip main body 5 to be freely opened/ closed and a little movable in a vertical direction by a hinge part 5a of the clip main body 5 and a hinge part 6a of the spring plate 6.
