PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the subject structure disusing the application of an antifouling coating material to a sensor detecting part, etc., having high stability to an environment and the human body, having no bad influence on the aquatic environment, capable of preventing the adhesion of aquatic organism for a long period of time by molding a specific thermoplastic resin as a main resin into a molding product having a specified opening part. SOLUTION: This water-permeable structure comprises a molding product composed of a thermoplastic resin containing pyridine-triphenylborane of the formula or its derivative as a main resin. The molding product has an opening part with >=5 cc/cm2.sec flow volume under 18 cm water column. The water- permeable fiber structure is formed from a thermoplastic fiber containing pyridine-triphenylborane of the formula or its derivative as a main constituent fiber and can have >=5 cc/cm2.sec flow volume under 18 cm water column.
