PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve divertible property of a formwork while ensuring prevention of sticking of lime wash (thin plate like solidified substance of cement) by forming a rectangular faceplate and edge material out of a base material layer integratedly molded from thermoplastic resin reinforced with glass fiber, and covering the base material layer of the faceplate with an outer skin layer made of matrix containing reinforcing filler. SOLUTION: This formwork 1 is provided with a rectangular faceplate 2, and the outer surface 2a is a face contacting with placed concrete. Edge materials 3 of fixed height is standingly provided on the four peripheries of the faceplate 2. Fastening holes 4 are provided on the sides of the edge materials 3 so as to penetrate the edge material 3. Flat plate shaped ribs 6 are provided in the plane section surrounded with the edge materials 3 and intermediate reinforcing materials 5. In a formwork 1A, the faceplate 2, the intermediate reinforcing materials 5, and the flat plate shaped ribs 6 are integratedly molded out of thermoplastic resin reinforced with glass fiber. The base material layer 2A of the faceplate 2 is covered with an outer skin layer 2B made of matrix containing reinforcing filler. In a formwork 1B, not only the faceplate 2 but the base material layer 3A are covered with an outer skin layer 3B made of matrix containing reinforcing filler. |
